1、 Flexible container sealing machine

It has good moisture-proof, mold-proof, and anti-counterfeiting effects, and has the purpose of extending the storage cycle of items. The ideal packaging equipment and container materials for industries such as medicine, pesticides, food, cosmetics, lubricants, etc. can be polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyester (PET), polystyrene (PS), ABC, and glass, and cannot be used for metal bottle bodies and caps.

③ Foot sealing machine: suitable for sealing and bag making of composite materials such as glass paper, aluminum foil, copper foil, tin foil, biaxially stretched polystyrene, and polystyrene paper, and stamping the factory and storage date on its sealing. It adopts electronic temperature control, which is convenient and flexible for temperature adjustment and can maintain a constant temperature. 2、 Rigid container sealing machine

② Rolling sealing machine. This type of cover is mostly made of aluminum, without any threads in advance. It is rolled with a roller to create a thread with the same shape as the bottle mouth thread, thereby sealing the container. ③ Rolling sealing machine. It first places a cylindrical metal cap on the bottle mouth, uses a roller to roll its bottom edge, causing it to invert and deform, and tightly clasps the flange of the bottle mouth to seal it. This machine is mostly used for sealing and packaging of wide mouth can bottles, etc.

④ Capping and sealing machine. It is a crown capping machine specifically designed for beverages such as beer and soda. Place the crown cap on the bottle mouth, press down on the capping mold of the machine, and the corrugated edges of the crown cap are squeezed and shrunk inward, trapping them on the flange of the neck of the bottle mouth, causing mechanical hooking between the cap and the bottle mouth, thereby sealing the bottle.

⑤ Plug sealing machine. This sealing material is a bottle stopper made of elastic materials such as rubber, plastic, and cork, which uses its own elastic deformation to seal the bottle mouth. When the machine is used for sealing, the bottle stopper is placed above the bottle mouth and pressed into the bottle mouth through vertical pressure to achieve sealing packaging. ⑥ Roll edge sealing machine. This machine is mainly used for sealing metal food cans. It uses rollers to seal the edges of the can cover and the flange of the can body, and achieves sealing packaging by curling, hooking, and pressing each other.
